Personal insights and actions in the Viva Insights app are based on the Exchange Online mailbox data, such as email and calendar data and are completely personal and private.
3. Viva Learning
As the next generation of enterprise learning solutions Viva Learning empowers employees with formal and informal learning when and where it’s needed. It makes learning a natural part of the day by bringing learning into the flow of work with the tools your employees already use.
Companies can house training materials and courses, while employees can stay up to date on the required learning and receive recommendations from colleagues highlighting Viva Learning as a significant element in employee development.
4. Viva Topics
It uses AI to organize content and automatically surfaces topic cards with documents, videos and related people. Viva Topics will generate topic cards from apps like Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
The ‘one-click’ knowledge resource includes definitions, Q&A and relevant people associated with the expression eliminating the need of searching and significantly simplifies knowledge-sharing.
